With the many advancements in periodontal care, intimidating surgical procedures no longer need to be a concern for patients. Our periodontists, Dr. Sam Morhaim and Dr. Navid Baradarian, strive to stay at the forefront of technology to offer the most efficient gum disease treatment without sacrificing patient comfort. While traditional gum surgery requires extensive work and causes a painful recovery period, laser technology provides a faster, more comfortable treatment process with little to no downtime.
The minimally-invasive nature of laser treatment reduces the need for cutting or using sutures, which limits trauma to the surrounding healthy tissue. In addition to increased patient comfort, laser technology can provide improved results for patients, stimulating healthy tissue regrowth.
