2. Replenish your dental supplies. Make sure to swap out your old toothbrushes and check the expiration date on your toothpaste. Try to get your kids into the habit of flossing by setting up a rewards program and make sure to stick with it. Every time they floss, they get an extra 15 minutes of playtime or something to that will keep them excited.
3. Set up regular dental visits. Every 6 months you and your children should schedule an appointment to have your teeth checked out and cleaned. It’s important to schedule regular checkups to diagnose, treat or prevent dental problems.
